Concerts

1. Scan the list for a Needs response badge on a concert cycle, or a quiet status pill such as Signed up, Not playing, Not sure, or No response.
2. Open that concert row to review the signup form.

Each row shows exactly one status badge. Needs response appears when signups are open and you have not answered or saved Not sure. Concerts with dues still owed or payment recovery show Payment needs attention instead of a quiet response pill when you already gave a decisive answer. Closed signups always show your stored response quietly, including No response when you never answered.

If personnel has published member guidance, it appears in a quiet information box above the response choices. The guidance remains the same for every member. It disappears after you choose Not playing because no roster follow-up is needed for that response.

1. Open Concerts and choose a concert — or open a specific concert row on Dues.
2. Review the program summary — conductor, repertoire, and any published listen links.
3. Select Sign up, Not playing, or Not sure. Your response saves automatically.
4. Add an optional note for your personnel manager.
5. If you add or change the note after your response saves, choose Save note.

1. Open Concerts and choose a concert.
2. Find the Sheet music section on the selected concert page.
3. Choose Open sheet music to open the shared Google Drive folder in a new tab.

The banner near the top shows a Concert signup label with your saved choice while signups remain open, and the signup card shows the same choice in a larger status badge. A closed signup shows Signups closed beside your response.

1. Open Concerts and choose the same concert.
2. Review your saved response and any note you added.
3. Choose Change signup.
4. Update your choice. The new response saves automatically.
5. If you update the note separately, choose Save note.
