Open sheet music for a concert
- Open Sheet music.
- Find the concert cycle you need.
- Choose Open sheet music to open its shared Google Drive folder in a new tab.
If a cycle says Unavailable, its folder has not been published yet. Check back later. If you think the music should be available, email the Members Help Line at opal@bso.nyc.

Common questions
Unavailable means the personnel manager has not published a Google Drive folder for that cycle yet. The cycle remains visible so you can check again later.
The page follows the current season. If no current season is configured, it cannot list concert cycles yet. Check back after the season is published.
Does sheet music depend on my roster or concert signup?
No. Sheet music lists every available concert in the current season. Your roster and Concert signups responses do not change the list.
